Our response

We review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to material we believe infringes, and notify the relevant party where appropriate. Repeat infringers will have their access terminated where applicable.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the removed material, and a consent-to-jurisdiction statement as required by the DMCA. We will forward valid counter-notices as the law requires.

Misuse

Please note that knowingly making false claims of infringement can carry legal liability. If you are unsure about your rights, consider consulting an attorney before filing.
